Cosmetic InjectablesReveal a refreshed you
At D2 MedSpa, we offer a premium range of Cosmetic Injectables – neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid and biostimulatory fillers – to suit your unique anatomy and specific needs. From building structure to smoothing out fine wrinkles and building collagen, you’ll see near-immediate results with minimal recovery time.
See and feel the difference
Our cosmetic injectables offer safe, minimally invasive treatments to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and can address aging-related volume loss. You can expect to see results almost immediately. Depending on the treatment you receive, the look and feeling of your face will be noticeably improved within a few hours and reach full effect within 2-4 weeks. If you’ve received a dermal filler, the tissue integration process will continue working for a few weeks after treatment to maximize the effect. Your smoother, more vibrant, and more defined facial structure can be expected to last anywhere from six to twenty-four months.

-
How often do you see complications with injectables?
Temporary side effects such as mild bruising, redness, and swelling can be expected when receiving an injectable treatment. Serious complications associated with injections are rare at D2 MedSpa, but we are equipped with the expertise to manage any event that occurs. We often get patients referred to our physicians for complications that have occurred elsewhere.
-
What are neuromodulators?
Administered by a licensed healthcare professional, neuromodulators, like Botox® and Dysport®, are a type of non-surgical cosmetic injection. The injection blocks nerve signals to the muscles, which in turn relaxes the skin and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Neuromodulators can also be used for other medical purposes, such as pain management (migraines) or to treat excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis). There are several brands of neuromodulators approved in Canada and available at D2 MedSpa. Book a consultation today to speak to an expert and determine what treatments may be right for you.
-
What are dermal fillers?
Administered by a licensed healthcare professional, dermal fillers (also known as soft tissue fillers), like Juvederm® and Sculptra®, are a type of non-surgical cosmetic injection that can plump wrinkles, smooth creases and folds, and fill in areas where skin volume has diminished. There are several kinds of dermal fillers approved in Canada and available at D2 MedSpa. Book a consultation today to speak to an expert and determine what treatments may be right for you.
-
How long is the recovery period?
Everyone’s recovery time is different, based on how many areas that were treated, the type of treatment, and your overall health. After a cosmetic injection treatment, most people can return to regular activities right away. Book a consultation today to speak to an expert about a personal treatment plan and what recovery you should expect.
